A Floating House is a floating luxury accommodation with beautiful views of the water. This accommodation is perfect for experiencing a weekend getaway or vacation with the comforts of home.

🛋️Sitting area & kitchen
In the spacious accommodation there are also plenty of seating areas in both the sitting area, and at the kitchen table. The sitting area is a wonderful place to watch your favorite TV programs together. Whether you come in a warm summer or slightly cooler autumn. With all types of weather it is wonderful to stay in a Floating House with air conditioning and central heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso), microwave oven and kettle. All cooking utensils, cutlery and glasses are provided.

💤Bedrooms
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms for a total of 4 persons. In both bedrooms you can spend the night in a lovely box spring bed. The bed linen (consisting of fitted sheet, bottom sheet and pillowcase) is standard present.

🚿Bathroom & toilet
The luxurious bathroom is fully equipped with a shower and a sink. The toilet is located in a separate room.

☀️Outdoors
With the lovely terrace, it is possible to enjoy the outdoors here. The terrace accommodates a nice table with chairs where you can relax with the whole family.

Holiday Resort Leukermeer has been the best holiday resort in Limburg for over 35 years. Find a camping spot or opt for a comfortable and luxurious holiday home. Both young and old will surely enjoy themselves in this beautiful spot by the water. From the marina, you can easily go boating or practice one of the various water sports. Moreover, you can also make use of the facilities at the resort, such as sports & game facilities, the beach club, bike and scooter rental, or experience plenty of fun in the water at the beach, in the pool, or at the very cool Aqua Park. Children will also have a lot of fun with our animation team.

Surroundings

In this beautiful piece of Limburg, both young and old will experience a lot of fun. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of activities. How about an exciting mountain bike route, hiking through National Park De Maasduinen, or playing golf at Golf Course Bleijenbeek? Experience the life of a castle lord in the castle gardens in Arcen or at Well Castle, or some good old family friendly fun at amusement park Toverland Sevenum. Culinary enthusiasts also have a lot to discover, such as strawberry picking in Aardbeienland or seeing how the genuine Limburg beer is brewed in the Hertog Jan factory.

Last minute op zoek naar een plekje voor een paar dagen na onze zomervakantie in Egypte en voordat we terug naar huis wilde. Toevallig vakantiepark Leukermeer gevonden en gekeken welke accommodaties nog beschikbaar waren. We kwamen uit bij een "Floating House". Wat een heerlijke plek. Na 2 weken in een mega-resort was dit een oase van rust. Prachtig uitzicht op het meer vanaf het terras van de 'woonboot' en met een trapje kan je zo het meer in om te zwemmen. Ook op het terras van de accommodatie een heerlijk strandbankje, 2 ligbedden en een tafel met 4 stoelen. Op het dak van de accommodatie ook nog een zonneterras met tafel en stoelen. Luxe ingericht en voldoende (opberg!-) ruimte voor 4 personen. Als je de gordijnen aan de zijkant sluit waan je je als enige op het meer (half oktober) met alleen de zwanen en ganzen. Comfortabele meubels, verrassend ruim en alle ruimtes apart voorzien van koeling/verwarming. Gashaard in de woonkamer is niet alleen sfeervol maar ook heerlijk warm. Enig minpunt....een zeer klein 2-pits kookplaatje waar net 2 kookpannen maar slechts 1 koekenpan tegelijk op passen. Koken voor 4 personen vergt dus enige creativiteit

Wir waren schon auf anderen Hausbooten die auch schön waren aber dieses war einfach das schönste tolle Ausstattung tolle Sicht und vom Kamin träumen wir die nächsten Tage weiter..... Reichlich Platz tolle Aufteilung und vor allem Natur pur wir kommen wieder

Wir beide (meine Freundin und ich) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Hausboote ist perfekt für meinen Geschmack (mein eigenes Zuhause ist ähnlich eingerichtet :-)). Die Atmosphäre auf dem Wasser ist unbeschreiblich schön.... beruhigend und belebend zugleich... einzigartig! Schade, dass wir die Terrasse und das Sonnendeck nicht richtig nutzen konnten, aber das lag nunmal am Wetter. Shit happens! Die gesamte Anlage ist toll gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und wunderschön begrünt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und bringen dann die Sonne mit :-) Außerdem werden wir dann versuchen das Hausboot 5 zu buchen, denn dort ist man noch ein wenig "privater". However: Der Aufenthalt war eine große Bereicherung für uns und wir fanden es toll, dass wir auch schon vor 16 Uhr auf das Boot konnten....

wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier in der Anlage und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.. Mit dem neuen Pool ist jetzt noch mehr Abwechslung dazu gekommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
