Christmas Dinner – Christmas Choice Menu at Mio Mucho

Celebrate Christmas at Mio Mucho on 25 and 26 December and enjoy the dishes you love most. Create your own 3-course Christmas dinner, with meat, fish and vegetarian options. We welcome you with a complimentary amuse-bouche, followed by your favourite starter, main course and dessert. Enjoy views over Lake Leukermeer and a festive evening together. You are welcome from 5.30 pm and can begin your dinner no later than 7.00 pm.

Chef's amuse-bouche

  • Festive flavor starter

Starters

  • Beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, rocket, almonds, olive crumble, balsamic reduction and Parmesan cheese.
  • Scampi cooked with garlic, chilli and olive oil, served with fresh bread.
  • Roasted tomato and pepper soup, finished with sour cream and spring onion.

Main courses

  • Josper-grilled ribeye, served with pepper jus, seasonal vegetable purĂ©e and complementary accompaniments.
  • Skin-on pan-fried sea bass, served with beurre blanc, seasonal vegetable purĂ©e and complementary accompaniments.
  • Pasta with creamy truffle sauce, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.

Desserts

  • White chocolate panna cotta with orange gel, pistachio crumble and yoghurt ice cream.
  • Dame blanche; Vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
