At our park there are pet chalets where pets are welcome; you can choose between a chalet with or without a covered patio. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at our other accommodations. The pet chalets are house numbers 9 through 16 and 61 through 68 on the map. One pet per accommodation is allowed at our park.

Unfortunately, we do not have accommodations that are suitable for disabled people.

All chalets and lodges have a filter coffee maker and a water cooker. Our beach lodges and floating houses have a Nespresso coffee machine and a water cooker.

Each accommodation has a freezer compartment above the refrigerator, which fits approximately 15 liters.

A standard service package is available upon arrival at your accommodation. The service package includes a roll of toilet paper, dish washing liquid, dish cloth, scouring pads, matches, garbage bag, garbage can bag and mop.

You are welcome at your accommodation on the day of arrival from 16:00. We ask you to check out before 10:00 on the day of checkout, and to return the keys of the rented accommodation. It goes without saying that you still get to use the facilities at our park on the day of your departure. Please do make sure to park your care outside of the gates.

On the day of your departure, we ask that you leave your accommodation behind clean, meaning swept clean with a broom. We do the final cleaning for you.
Please also remove any rented bed linen and put it next to the front door. You can deposit your waste in the recycling center at the entrance of the park. Please also ensure that the kitchen inventory is clean and inside the cupboard

The inventory list is located in the kitchen of your accommodation, we do not have it on our website. If you have any questions about the inventory or if you have any defects or missing items from the inventory, please contact the reception.

If you have booked with a preference, you will find your house number in the booking confirmation. If you have booked without a preference, you will be given your house number upon arrival.

You are welcome to arrive at our park before 4 p.m. to make use of our facilities. However, you will only be able to collect your key at 4 p.m.

If you arrive after reception closing time, please notify us in advance. We will then ensure that your registration number is registered so that you can drive into the park and leave the key to your accommodation at the restaurant. The day after arrival, you can check in with us and we will provide you with the rest of the information.

If you want to leave outside the reception hours, please deposit the key and passes in the mailbox by the barrier.

We love having visitors! Please register at reception. We charge €5,- per visitor per day. This rate does not include use of our indoor pool. The outdoor pool and Fer's Splash Park are not available for day visitors.

Of course, you can also book children's furniture with us. A camp bed (125 x 65 cm) or high chair costs €5.95 each for your entire stay, and a bed rail can be booked free of charge. You can also hire these items at reception upon arrival.
Please note: the travel cot does not include bedding and a mattress, so you will need to bring these with you.

Additional tents and party tents are not allowed at our accommodations.

With your accommodation you can also book a landing stage. We have landing stages for boats up to 4 meters long at €9 per night and for boats up to 8 meters long at €13 per night. A landing stage must be booked before arrival.

The double beds in our chalets measure 200 x 140 cm and the single beds measure 200 x 70 cm. The double beds in our lodges, beach lodges, and floating houses measure 200 x 160 cm and the single beds measure 200 x 80 cm.

All our accommodations offer 16 amps.

Our beach lodges and floating houses have air conditioning. This is not available in the chalets and lodges.

A dishwasher is available at our lodges, beach lodges and floating houses. No dishwasher is available at our chalets.

You can park your car at your own parking spot. The number of your parking spot corresponds to the house number of your accommodation. We will be happy to point out the location of your parking spot during check-in.

Only one car per stay is allowed at our park. A second car may be parked at the visitor parking lot outside the gates.
You can provide a second registration number at reception, so that you can switch cars in between.
